The mayor has decided that he wants to help tackle the dearth of public restrooms that has long plagued the small-bladdered New Yorker. He announced 17 new modular, climate-controlled and ADA accessible public toilets for the Gothamite in need of relief while trekking the city streets. One step closer to achieving the legal goal of doubling the number of public bathrooms in the city.
